Returns & Exchanges to the UK: 

*Extended Christmas Returns Policy: Any orders from 1st December will be included in our extended returns policy till 8th January. 

We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your nue underwear, which is why we offer a 28 day returns policy. 

For sustainability reasons we do not have a plastic gusset hygiene strip on our underwear, however we take health and hygiene very seriously and so ask that when you are trying your new underwear on for the first time, you try over your own underwear. We recommend trying on without any perfume or make up to stop this getting on the garments.

For any exchanges or returns, all items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags. We reserve the right to adjust your return if it does not comply with our returns policy and meet our hygiene standards. 

To make it as easy as possible, simply follow the below steps to complete your return or exchange:

• Print off this form here and fill out accordingly. If you don't have a printer please include a written note and remember to include your order number and full name and whether you would like an exchange or return. 
• Make sure all items are in the parcel, including the form. 
• Request your Royal Mail returns label here.

You will be charged £2.50 for the return label and this will be deducted from your refund total. On receipt of your returned items, we will refund the price paid on the original payment card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date our warehouse receives your return.

For exchanges, we offer the first exchange for free, should you require additional exchanges we will charge the shipping fee. 

International Returns: 

We are sorry to say we cannot offer free international exchanges. Please return your original items and reorder in the correct size.
