Terms of Delivery
We endeavour to ship out every order placed before 2pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day. In periods of high demand we will strive to maintain this level of service but it may be that it takes longer and we ask for your patience during these times.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe there is fraudulent activity.
Standard Shipping Prices
UK:
- Free next day delivery on orders over £75
- Standard Royal Mail (48Tracked) - £3.95
- Standard Royal Mail (24Tracked) - £5.95
- Next Day via ParcelForce (order before 2pm from Mon- Thurs) - £8.50
- Next Day via ParcelForce by 10am (order before 2pm from Mon- Thurs) - £25.95
Europe:
- Standard via DHL Deutsche Post (3-7 working days): £20.00
- Express via DHL (1-3working days): £40.00
Rest of the World:
- Standard via DHL Deutsche Post (5-10 working days): £25.00
Please note that some deliveries outside of the UK may incur additional customs and duties. RENUE is not liable to pay these fees.
Displayed prices include UK VAT of 20% which is not charged for any NON-UK orders. Your order total will be shown at the checkout stage once your shipping address is confirmed. Where VAT is not charged, local duties may apply upon delivery.
