Can I change or cancel my order?
We process our orders quickly and therefore it may not be possible for us to change the contents of your order. Please email us immediately at hello@renuethelabel.com and we will do our best to accommodate the changes before the order is packed for shipment. Please note however that this is not always possible.
Be aware that our business contact hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 GMT.
What's your returns policy?
You can return your items up to 28 days. We offer UK return shipping for exchanges and returns. You will receive a pre-paid return label and we will deduct a small processing fee of £2.50 from your refunded amount. The money will be refunded to the same method of payment. You can keep your refund as store credit should you wish.
What size am I?
We understand it can be difficult to get the right size when shopping online. We have done our best to create a size guide that can help you find best fit — you can find the size-chart on all of our product pages. We have included a measuring chart on the size chart to give you more exact measurements if you are in between sizes but if you remain unsure, please contact us at hello@renuethelabel.com and we will assist with your sizing questions.
Shipping
Fast shipping
We aim to process all orders within 12 hours after the order was placed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse including a tracking number. We offer a number of shipping options to get your parcel to you as soon as you wish. Please note our warehouse only operates Monday - Friday, any orders made at the weekend will be shipped on a Monday.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped from the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Here you can track your parcel, and depending on what shipping service you chose, you will get regular updates on the status of your delivery. If you have any problems with your tracking details - please email us at hello@renuethelabel.com with your order number and we will be able to look into it further for you.

Will I be charged duties & taxes?
If you are within the United Kingdom, there are no duties or taxes. If you are shipping within the European Union and rest of world, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for, unfortunately at this time RENUE cannot pay for 'DDP' within the EU. Please note that RENUE does not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

We are committed to only working with ethical, accredited manufacturers who share the same values, and adhere to our ethical code of conduct. Our factory has been SMETA audited and is fully transparent with their operations.
Packaging
Our underwear is made to last, our packaging isn’t. All our packaging is crafted from sustainable sources to minimise our impact and eradicate any waste.
